At Nutara, every product is backed by our 7-day happiness guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right — no questions asked on eligible items.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

  • Products returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Unopened & sealed products are accepted for any reason — no justification required.
  • Damaged or defective products: full refund or replacement, regardless of whether the packaging is opened.
  • Incorrect items delivered: full refund or re-delivery at our cost.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened perishable food items that have not been reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products that show signs of tampering not caused by Nutara or its delivery partners.
  • Customised gift hampers with personalised printing (eligible for exchange only).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at returns@nutara.in or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210.
  2. Share your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. For damage claims, please attach a photo.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 business hours.
  4. Pack the items in their original packaging and hand them to our courier. Return shipping is free.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund or replacement will be processed.

All products subject to availability. Prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Prices subject to change without prior notice.
  • For perishable food products, weight may vary up to ±5% (FSSAI-permitted tolerance).

3. Orders & Payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

Once confirmed, changes can be made within 2 hours. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be modified.

4. Delivery

We deliver across India. Standard delivery 3–5 business days. Express 1–2 days available in select cities.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

Nutara products are manufactured in facilities that handle tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, and wheat. If you have known food allergies, consult a physician before consumption.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Nutara's liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
