The build: Studio and Performance
This is not a template drop. The system was built across 300+ builds, ordered to front-load the decisions that determine whether the site converts, and remove the back-and-forth most agencies bill hours against.
Day 1
Ashwani reviews your current site (if any), your ICP, your primary conversion metric, and the one action you need visitors to take. The brief is locked. No changes after Day 1 without a scope conversation. This is the only meeting in the build.
Days 2–3
Sitemap, user journey, wireframes, typography, visual system. Every design decision is tested against one question: does this increase the likelihood of the visitor taking the desired action? Aesthetics serve conversion, not the other way around.
Days 4–5
The site is built, hand-coded or on the right framework for the use case. Every integration wired, every form tested, every load path verified across device types. CRM, booking, analytics, and payment connected and confirmed before Day 6.
Day 6
3-perspective audit before anything goes live: founder, client, marketer lens. DNS, SSL, analytics tracking verified. Site launches. Handoff documentation delivered same day. 30-day performance review booked for Studio and Performance builds.

Cosmetic change requests in the first 14 days are included in the build. Scope changes (new pages, new features) are quoted separately.
