The problem
A 30-year multispeciality hospital group with two locations needed a site that carried the same trust a 50,000-patient track record deserves — and made booking an appointment the obvious next step, not a buried form.
A full hospital site — specialties, doctor credibility, location-specific contact and emergency info, and a booking flow — built to convert a worried visitor into a booked appointment fast.

The brief
What the client actually needed.
Dr. Anand Multispeciality Hospital has two locations — Azamgarh and Lucknow — and a 30-year, 50,000-patient track record. The stated brief was "build us a hospital website." The real brief was different — a hospital visitor is often anxious, sometimes an emergency, and the site has to convert that anxiety into a phone call or a booked appointment without making them dig for the number.
The problem
What was broken — in numbers.
A trusted, decades-old practice with no site that reflected that trust — and two locations competing for the same above-the-fold space.
- Locations to represent
- 2 (Azamgarh + Lucknow)
- Specialties to surface
- 15+
- Visitor state at arrival
- Often anxious, sometimes urgent
- Conversion goal
- Phone call or booked appointment, not a contact form left unread
The approach
What we did. Why.
Lead with the credibility signals a 30-year practice has actually earned, then get out of the way of the call button.
- Hero built around the track record — 30+ years, 50,000+ patients, 15+ specialties, award badges — trust established before any service copy
- Both hospital locations given equal, direct treatment — separate phone numbers, separate addresses, separate "Get Directions" and "Book Now" actions, no forcing a visitor to guess which location applies to them
- Sticky header with both emergency numbers visible on every scroll position — a worried visitor never has to scroll back up to find a phone number
- Doctor-story section built to carry the 30-year narrative in his own words, not just a credentials list
The execution
Inside the work.
Two locations, one coherent site
Rather than picking one location to lead with, the site treats Azamgarh and Lucknow as equal citizens — a dedicated locations section with full contact details, hours, and a direct booking action for each. The visitor self-selects by proximity instead of having to work out which hospital the page is actually about.
Credibility before conversion
30+ years, 50,000+ patients, 15+ specialties, and four award badges (Shusruta Award, Icons of India, Pioneers in Health Care, Defence Minister Recognition) all land in the first two sections. By the time the visitor reaches the appointment CTA, the trust case is already made.
WhatsApp as the anxious-visitor shortcut
A standard contact form works for a visitor comparing hospitals at leisure. It works less well for someone calling about a parent's chest pain. A persistent WhatsApp entry point sits alongside the formal "Book Appointment" flow so the fastest path is always available.
The outcome
What moved. And why.
A hospital site that carries the weight of a 30-year, two-location practice and makes the next step — call, WhatsApp, or book — obvious from any scroll position.
- 15+ specialty pages live, each pointing back to the same booking action
- Both locations fully represented with independent contact and emergency information
- Doctor story, awards, and testimonials sections built to carry trust before the ask
What didn’t work
Every honest case study has one. This builds more trust than ten testimonials.
The specialty pages currently share a common template with specialty-specific copy — sufficient for launch, but a couple of the higher-volume specialties (pediatrics, general medicine) would benefit from dedicated page layouts once there is traffic data showing which specialties draw the most direct search intent. That is a phase-two conversation, not a launch blocker.
